SnipeOffice & Snipe Browser for Windows XP

A full productivity stack for the operating system the industry wrote off. SnipeOffice 25.8 brings a modern LibreOffice core with BOM-first export to Windows XP Professional x64. Snipe Browser v140 puts Chromium 140 on XP SP3; de-Googled, with uBlock Origin and Ruffle built in, defaulting to SnipeSearch.

We did not wrap each application in its own compatibility layer. We pulled the software as far back toward the XP era as physics allows, then installed One-Core API once at the OS level. Less overhead. Faster day-to-day use. Other modern apps benefit too.

Critical: Do not run SnipeBrowserBundleXP-32bit.zip on Windows XP 64-bit. That one-click installer is for 32-bit XP SP3 only and can destroy an x64 system.
